Happy #7 Birthday Emmalee

Happy Birthday to our Sweet Emmie! We are so lucky to have her in our lives. Here are a few things about her you probably didn't know...
*She is going to be starting her 3rd year of clogging (She is getting pretty good)
*She LOVES to read (she is way into chapter reading books and loves every minute of it). Once she got the hang of reading we haven't been able to get her to put the books down. She even keeps a copy of the Book of Mormon next to her carseat for those long drives to Walmart:O
*She has a dimple in her right cheek.
*She is going to be in the 2nd grade this school year.
*She wrote her own short story last year to earn her distinguished dragon award at school (she loves to write).
*She is a Great big sister!
*She is daddy's computer buddy and mom's snuggle bug.
We just love her to pieces and wish her a very big Happy Birthday! We love you Emmie!

Locks Of Love

For the last few days Emmalee has been asking to cut her hair so it will be short like mine and Sami's. We discussed with her that if she wanted to do that we would take her and get it done, but wouldn't it be great to donate that pretty long hair to "Locks of Love". After we told her about how it would help another little girl have pretty hair when she couldn't have her own it put a big smile on her face. So away we went to get her haircut. I actually had to walk away during the actual cutting I loved her hair long. It sure made her happy and she looks gorgeous(a side note they cut 13" off-I couldn't believe it). Anyway here are a few pictures of the event.

Happy #4 Birthday Sami!

Today is our sweet Sami's Birthday. It is truly amazing how fast they grow. We are so grateful for her sweetness. Here are a few things about her that we love...
*She is our little peacemaker
*A second mommy! She takes care of everyone including her own mommy (ex. I had the stomach flu a while back and she sat there in the bathroom and rubbed my back, SO SWEET!)
*She loves to snuggle and we will take it while it lasts.
*She reminds us everyday to say our prayers (breakfast, lunch, dinner and bedtime!)
*She just LOVES everyone no matter what.
I only hope others can get to know her like we do!
